Behind the building

Behind Boca Beach House

The architect, landscape architect, interior designer and developers responsible for thirty-two residences on Lake Boca Raton.

Architecture

Sieger Suárez Architects

Sieger Suárez is an architecture firm known for award-winning, design-forward architecture across luxury high-rise residential, hotels, retail and mixed-use projects.

At Boca Beach House the firm designed the exterior, the amenity spaces and every residential floor plan. The developer describes the concept as pairing exceptional privacy with extraordinary views and the chance to enjoy cross-breezes, with the building’s curved, transparent glass façade setting the tone from the circular driveway and porte-cochère.

With only thirty-two flow-through residences, entered by private vestibule, the building lives closer to a private home than a conventional tower.

Landscape architecture

Raymond Jungles, Inc.

The 3.2-acre waterfront is a lush tropical garden by award-winning landscape architect Raymond Jungles, whose studio has worked since 1985 on designs that respond to the natural systems around them.

Pathways lead to quiet corners for reading and meditation, to the pool deck, and to the private marina at water’s edge, where views across the lake are at their widest. Bold colors and textures are used with intent.
