Steven has spent two decades establishing himself as one of South Florida’s top luxury real estate agents, with particular expertise across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach.
He began his career on the commercial side, working acquisitions and dispositions at Marcus & Millichap — experience that sharpened his eye for evaluating investment-grade real estate. He later brought that same analytical, market-driven approach to South Florida’s luxury condo market, one of the most competitive in the country.
