Residence film
1 min 11 sec · Interiors · Music, no narration
A short, unhurried look inside a finished residence at Boca Beach House, set to music with no voice-over: just the rooms and the finishes, at the pace of the score. Turn the sound on and watch it full screen.
Room by room
The film moves quickly. These photographs from our gallery take the same kinds of rooms one at a time.
01 Living & dining
Living and dining rooms face the water through floor-to-ceiling impact glass, under ceilings up to 10 feet. Here, sliding doors open straight onto the terrace, so the room and the outdoors read as one space.

05 Terrace & the lake
Most homes have two private outdoor spaces, and the lake-facing one is fitted with a summer kitchen. This one sits right off the living room, with lounge chairs, outdoor dining and the lake beyond the rail.
